What is warranty process of your new CNC Router machine?
We provide 1st year warranty of spare parts and free service, and 2nd year only provide free service. There is no limitation of service call.
What kind of training you provide?
We provide training at the time of installation time at customer sight. Firstly we teach how to operate machine maintenance of machine and how
to make design at the Art cam software.
How you give design support to your client?
We give all design which we have on installation time, apart those design we take 2 working days for only design as well.
Do you have finance system?
Yes, we do have but there are certain criteria.
Do you give any spare parts as stand by?
Yes, we do provide all the spare parts in a under warranty machine, except consumable parts.
Do you provide any legal documents during selling process?
Yes, we provide quotation on our letter head, money receipt and sell agreement on revenue stamp paper.
